So here is the story for creating my page: I scanned these two photos that I borrowed from my Mom and have been waiting for a chance to get them scrapped. The main reason I had not used them yet, was because I could not figure out where I wanted the theme of my page to go. My Mom is not the type who shares a lot of information, so I am unsure of the stories behind my childhood photos, and it makes it difficult to add journaling. When I received this assignment, the bell finally went off and I decided to do heritage photos with a more modern twist, using papers that were not considered heritage or vintage. Once I got started, I loved how the Dear Lizzy papers were working together to create a "baby" themed page and it gave a nice bright look behind photos that were older and aged in color.
