American Crafts | No Patterned Paper Cards

The words no patterned paper, can strike fear into the hearts of patterned paper lovers!!  But have no fear, because the American Crafts Design Team has been sharing ideas for using No Patterned Paper on your projects, this week, on the Blog!  I have two cards to share with you, using some various techniques to create interest, without the addition of patterned paper!

How to: Cut a 4.25x11" white cardstock base and fold in half. Add drops of spray mist and let dry. Use rub-ons from the Stitched Rub-On Transfer Sheets to add a water color look to the front of your card.  Layer a Die Cut Tag, Die Cut Wood Frame and Bits and add to the front of the card.

Supplies: Stitched (368976) - Die Cut Tags, Stitched (368982) - Die Cut Wood Frames, Stitched (368983) - Rub-On Transfer Sheets, Stitched (368980) - Bits, Stitched (368978) - Enamel Dots

How to: Cut your card base to 4.25x11" and fold in half. Cut a second piece of white cardstock just a bit smaller than 4.25x5". Use an ink pad to dab color on the Love Spun Embossing Folder. Place your smaller piece of white cardstock in the embossing folder and run through your manual die cut machine. Your paper will be covered in your ink color and have a raised embossed image. Stitch your embossed cardstock to the card base. Add stickers from the Accent & Phrase Stickers pack, Bits, and an Enamel Dot to finish your card.

Supplies: Stitched (368986) - Love Spun Embossing Folder, Stitched (368970) - Accent & Phrase Stickers, Stitched (368973) - Remarks, Stitched (368980) - Bits, Stitched (368978) - Enamel Dots
