One of my favorite papers included in the Echo Park packs is always the Journaling Cards. You can use these to create fun sentiments on your cards and layouts. The cards I am sharing with you today, show two different ways you can use the Fine and Dandy 3x4 Journaling Cards.
On my first card, I cut out three of the 3x4 Journaling Cards. I turned my main Journaling Card horizontal and then I cut the other two Journaling Cards and layered them behind my main card. Then I used some of the stickers from the Element Sticker Sheet and Alpha Sticker Sheet to complete my sentiment.
For my second card, I used one of the 3x4 Journaling Cards as a pocket. I cut the card from the paper and added a thin line of adhesive on the sides and bottom. After attaching the pocket to my card, I stitched around the sides and bottom, leaving the top open. This is great for adding a handwritten note or slipping in a Gift Card for someone special!
These are just a couple of ways that you can use the 3x4 Journaling Cards on your paper crafting projects!
And, before I go, did you know that you can download FREE PDF files from Echo Park, with instructions and supply lists for recreating the project on your own?! Yes, and you can't beat FREE! Make sure you stop by and check them out. I have a new layout up, using the Simple Life collection, that is fun and easy to put together!
