Always Bring Your Jedi Sword to a Photo Shoot

Last week, I decided to play along with the Society52 challenge on Instagram.  The challenge was to create a masculine page.  I had a photo in mind and the design for the layout came together quickly!

I told our Kindergartner that he could take a photo with his Jedi Sword, if he smiled for the other pictures during our photo shoot.  Great bargain, because it worked and I got some great photos of him!  But I just couldn't pass up scrapping this photo too.  I used my Cameo and Sketch Pens to create the title around the circle on the Adrienne Looman patterned paper.  And I used Thickers to add a subtitle to the smaller inside circle.  I cut some stars from the Counting Stars cut file in my Esty Store, The Cut Shoppe, to fill in the space in the circle.

If you want to play along with the Society52 challenges, make sure you check them on Instagram!  A new challenge is posted every Monday and on Thursday, there is a twist that you can add to your layout!
