American Crafts | Cut & Paste

Yesterday, it was my turn on the American Crafts Blog to share a layout and card for Cut & Paste week!  I really love this collection, because you can do so many different things with it.  My favorite photos to scrap, are the everyday photos and this collection is perfect for that!

I knew I wanted to work the word Love from the die cut paper into my title, so I used the chipboard piece with the word Eat and some Thickers to create the full title, Eat, Love & Be Happy.  I incorporated the ampersand stamp into my title, by stamping on one of the patterned papers and then embossing it with Red Zing embossing powder.

Supplies:  Love Letters (366051) - Die Cut Paper, 6x6 Paper Pad (366086) - Cut & Paste, Taylor's Favorite (366040) - Cut & Paste, Bits (366068) - Die Cut Cardstock Shapes, Good Stuff (366066) - Remarks, Cut Out Accents (366060) - Thickers, Stitched Vellum Pockets (366071) - Bits, Acrylic Stamp (366078) - Cut & Paste, Collage (366056) - Thickers, Corners (366067) - Remarks

Next up, is a card using the Cut & Paste collection.  I wanted to give my card character, so I added a lot of layers.  The patterned papers, stamps, a Stitched Vellum Pocket, and die cut shapes add dimension and a fun look to my card.
